Our Hub

The first confirmed COVID-19 case was confirmed in the Bay Area in mid-February, in Santa Clara County. The virus spread quickly and on March 17th, six Bay Area counties mandated people to “shelter in place”. 

Shortly after, we decided to join this international collaboration to understand the  experiences, concerns, and viewpoints of pregnant women and new mothers during this unprecedented time. Our hope is that our research will inform strategies to enhance the well-being of women and infants.
